Post New Year Dinner Celebration
I know, it feels like the New Year has long been gone, right? Well, I shall still post on what we had at my uncle's place after the New Year. We had a really nice dinner- good food and plenty of desserts. For once a year, it is worth it. So for dinner, we had soy chicken and vermicelli veggie tofu stirfry (both made by my aunt) and beef bean stirfry (made by me). As for dessert, I made a mixed berries custard tart, and a galette des rois (to celebrate Epiphany of the Lord). We also had some brownie cheesecake. A great start to the year.

Happy New Year
Hello 2016! Another year ahead of us. Today is the World day of Peace, the Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God. I think it is the perfect day to celebrate this feast day. With peace, we can move forward, progress, make it a better place to live.
I am a little presssed for time regarding blog posting, but we will get there.
So I wish you all a blessed new year, filled with hope, joy, discoveries, and success. This is going to be a good year.

New Year Eve
I have been so busy the past few days. Or rather, the time has gone so fast lately. We shared nice meals since camping, simple but nutritious. Now, I cannot wait till the New Year, less than 3 hours to go. I just saw the fireworks from Sydney harbour on TV and it was simply amazing and spectacular. We had fish, sweet potato chips, frittata, mushrooms and salad for dinner. I feel so full right now. I barely had enough space to fit in dessert- brownie cheesecake.
