St Patrick's day

St Patrick is celebrated on the 17th of March and it is to commemorate St Patrick's courage in facing adversity and pursuing his mission, that of God. It is said that he used to teach Irish people the cross using a clover and this is where the tradition began. The green tradition stems from the latter.
Alright I don't really celebrate St Patrick's day, but for this year, I thought it would be nice to make some 'green' treats. So I made matcha bubble tea and pandan muffins. Both key ingredients are green and flavours that I absolutely adore.
