Flashback Friday

This week has felt very short. It is probably due to the long weekend. I did not cook a lot, but I shall post later on Easter lunches. I had a try at two dishes: quiche from scratch and roast pork. Both were time-consuming to make, but well worth the effort after great result.

Anyway this is a brief recap of this week's meals.
Sweet potato chickpea curry with toast
