Flashback Friday

As mentioned in yesterday's post, this week has been filled with eggs. As a result, I did not cooked a lot, but still managed some dishes on the weekend. Home cooking is the best.

Crumbed chicken breast, steamed broccoli and carrots, with parsnip and carrot rough mash

Crumbed chicken breast with parsnip carrot mash, red capsicum and mushroom stirfry and salad
Chips and onion rings (baked from frozen)
Vegetable stew (morrocan style)
Lentil soup with vegetable stew
Rice paper roll with carrot, quinoa, salmon tuna, spinach/lettuce
Spaghetti with meatballs, avo and cherry tomato
