Flashback Friday

As per usual, this is a brief recap of this weeks' meal. I am getting more inspired to try on new dishes, adding new twists to dishes I normally prepared. I think once you are confident with a dish, you can add your own flare to it, make it one of your creations. 

Pan-fried salmon, with my version of a salad nicoise, and some quinoa salad (mixed with beetroot, radish and  coriander)

Puff pastry tart with cream cheese, red capsicum, mushroom and chives

Zucchini bites, turkey ham, cherry tomato, avo and 4-leaf mix
Wrap with beef, carrot, salad mix and coriander
Sweet potato noodle salad with pork, shiitake mushrooms, green bean, bean sprouts, spring onion and carrots

Chicken rice soup
