Cauliflower gratin

I had a cauliflower in the fridge waiting to be cooked up. I was going for a cauliflower curry, but then I chose to make a gratin instead. I used Ina Garten's recipe and this was so good. Instead of boiling the cauliflower florets, I steamed them. Boiling vegetables makes them lose more nutrients than by steaming. This is very easy to make, my next-to-go side dish from now on. It is not the most healthy dish due to the amount of dairy, but for once in a while, it is quite worth it. The cauliflower was melt-in-the-mouth with the cheesy sauce and the crunch crust was to die for. This is a step-by-step photo sequence.
