Green Onion (Scallion) Pancakes from Angel Wong

I came across Angel Wong's YouTube channel when her red bean matcha bubble tea was featured in another video I was watching. I am really glad I did because since then I have been watching her videos regularly. They are so well presented and very clear. There is also some freshness in her videos which I really appreciate, and I love her kitchen. Then, she makes a lot of dishes I'd like to try or wish I could taste just then. Like this Green onion pancake which I decided to recreate it because it looked so good.
