I am supposed to be on holidays. Wait I am on 'holdidays'. Yet I feel so busy. I know it is all in my mind. I have been watching many cooking shows lately: Everyday Gourmet with Justine, Alive and Cooking, Huey's Kitchen, Good chef bad chef, Masterchef and last but not least Ready steady cook. See what I am talking about. Watching these shows are simply refreshing. However it does take my free time. I love watching the shows because they are interesting, a good way and pleasant method of learning. I once would swap channels at the sight of a cooking show and now I cannot wait to see one. How ironical.
