Fooyang #2

Here is other pictures of my ultimate seafood dish. I call it so because to me, it is the easiest way to combine a mix of seafood at once. It look pretty good. This time it was the perfect balance. I like everything about this dish, every single ingredient. This is what I find fantastic in the kitchen, going around and try to fit / mix & match ingredients here and there, be adventurous and daring. On the move, not static or afraid to try.
